Concord homeowners care about curb appeal, clean spaces, and homes that feel finished from top to bottom. That is exactly why we love working here. In neighborhoods near Afton Village, Christenbury, Weddington Hills, Skybrook, and the areas around Concord Mills, many garages, patios, and utility spaces have great potential but still have plain, stained, or cracked concrete. We help turn those surfaces into clean, durable floors that match the quality of the rest of the home.
At JG Epoxy, we are a family-owned company founded in 2010, and we have built our reputation by doing the job the right way. We serve Concord with professional concrete coating systems designed for long-term performance, not quick shortcuts. If you want a garage floor coating that looks sharp, is easy to clean, and holds up to daily use, we are ready to help.
Concrete coatings built for real homes
Most of our customers in Concord are homeowners who want their garage to feel like an extension of the house, not an afterthought. We install high-quality floor coating systems for spaces that need to look better and last longer.
- Epoxy flake flooring for garages, patios, porches, workshops, and utility rooms
- Epoxy quartz flooring for areas that need extra texture, slip resistance, and durability
- Metallic epoxy flooring for basements, man caves, showrooms, gyms, and other interior spaces
We also go over options for stem walls, apron areas, control joints, expansion joints, and finish preferences during the estimate so the final system fits your space and goals.
Why Concord homeowners choose JG Epoxy
We know there are plenty of companies offering epoxy flooring in Concord, NC. What makes us different is simple: we do not rush prep, and we do not build floors with shortcuts. Long-lasting adhesion starts with the surface, so we professionally grind the concrete instead of relying on acid etching. We repair cracks and imperfections as needed, test moisture during the estimate, and recommend a moisture barrier when the slab needs it.
Our team uses thicker coating systems and commercial-grade products from XPS. We are also a Certified XPS Installer, which means our process is built around proper preparation and proven installation methods. For qualifying systems, we back our work with a 15-Year Limited Residential Workmanship Warranty.
- Free in-person estimates in most cases

What to expect from our process
We try to keep everything clear and simple. First, we come out and inspect the concrete, measure the space, and talk through your color and system options. After that, we send a detailed quote. Our payment terms are straightforward: a 35% to 50% deposit gets the job scheduled, and the rest is due when the project is completed.
Most epoxy flake floors are completed in about 1 to 3 days, with many projects taking around 2 days. Quartz and metallic epoxy flooring usually take 2 to 3 days depending on repairs, square footage, moisture conditions, and system details. Light foot traffic is often okay within 24 hours, while vehicle traffic is usually recommended after 48 to 72 hours for many garage floor coating systems.
Popular coating choices in Concord
If you want a clean, upscale garage floor, our epoxy flake flooring is the most popular option. It gives you a decorative look, helps hide minor dust and dirt better than bare concrete, and is easy to maintain with light sweeping and mild soap and water. If traction is a bigger priority, quartz flooring is a great fit for wet or high-traffic areas. If you want a bold, custom finish indoors, metallic epoxy creates a one-of-a-kind look with depth and movement.
Not sure which system is right for your home? That is what our estimate is for. We will explain the pros and cons, talk through slip resistance, finish options, and color blends, and recommend a system based on how you actually use the space.
